This 37 year old alleged lawbreaker was pulled over for allegedly speeding (5 MPH over the limit) and talking on a cell phone (which she wasn’t). Her mistake was arguing with the cop. You just never win that. It’s like arguing with a baseball ump. Ever seen them take back a call? No. Cops don’t do that either. Especially when you start yelling.
The cop demands she get back in the car. She’s out demanding that she see the tape.
Here’s the important thing: for some reason, some people think you have a right to see the tape recording or the radar unit in a cop’s car. You DO NOT have that right. They can let you see it if you want – but it’s not required.
Mom kept arguing, didn’t obey the cop, and she got tasered for it. Twice. In front of her kids. Who now have an excellent story for show and tell when school starts.
