What is the
difference between BUSTED and Case Dismissed?
BUSTED is a free ebook that is filled with information on
avoiding speeding tickets. We want everyone to have this
information because we don't want any of our readers to get
tickets. But if you do get a ticket, or you want to be
prepared, you need Case Dismissed. Case Dismissed takes
over where BUSTED left off, providing proven legal defense
strategies to help get your speeding charges dropped. If
you have a ticket and you want to fight it, you need Case
Dismissed. (Both are in pdf format.)
What kind of tickets does Case Dismissed beat?
Case Dismissed is designed to beat speeding tickets where the
victim is caught by radar, photo radar, laser, or pace car. It is designed to destroy the chain of
evidence in these particular types of speeding cases, and it does so with
devastating effectiveness. It will not help you for street
racing, road rage, drunk driving or other moving violations.
Case Dismissed has not yet developed as good a method for
those caught by VASCAR/stop watch timing. But we are working on
it. Fortunately, this method has become far less popular
with the growth of radar and laser. We openly disclose
this to be completely honest with our customers. If you
are holding a speeding ticket and were caught by this method, be
sure to sign up for our free information and we'll let you know
if we develop effective strategies to combat VASCAR.
How does the guarantee work?
Simple. If you aren’t satisfied, ask for a refund. You don’t
have to send anything, prove anything, or go through any
involved process except deleting the files. Simply send an email to
jeff(at)BeatMySpeedingTicket.com. Your credit card will be
credited with the full purchase amount. You have 60 days to look
over the material and use it in your trial.
Are these methods ethical?
Everyone has to make their own call on this. If you feel
terrible about speeding, feel you were unsafe and that you
deserved the ticket, then pay your fine. But the fact is,
municipalities now depend on speeding tickets for revenue. They
also depend on most people simply paying like sheep. If you're
not so happy about this form of taxation, fight on!
Consider: were you caught in a speed trap? Well if it was a
trap, then the purpose wasn’t safety, it was revenue. (If it was
safety, the officers would have been in plain view to prevent
people from speeding.)
Were you caught by an unmarked car? An aircraft? Again, if
safety was the issue, they would have been in plainly marked
cars to serve as a deterrent and a reminder.
Did you feel you were driving safely, appropriately for the
road conditions, and in full control of your vehicle? If so,
chances are you are simply another revenue source.
Did you feel that the speed limit on the road in question was
unnaturally slow? Many districts set up slow speed limits which
they know most people won’t obey simply to raise money. Traffic
engineers use a rule of thumb that states that a reasonable
speed limit is the one which 85% of people do not exceed. But
many speed limits are far slower than that, for the sole purpose
of raising money. (I’m certainly not talking here about school
zones and heavily populated neighborhoods or city center
streets.)
Perhaps you really weren’t speeding at all and the ticket is
a legitimate error.
The ethics are up to you. You have to weigh your alleged
offense against the circumstances under which you were caught.
You also have to weigh the heavy costs associated with a
speeding fine, the insurance surcharges and the points that
could potentially lead to a loss of your license.
My trial is tomorrow. Is it too
late for Case Dismissed?
No. You can download Case Dismissed and be reading it
within minutes. You don't need any other information to
use the strategies. (You might have to stay up late reading,
though.)
What is the difference between Case
Dismissed and all the other books and reports on the internet?
There are dozens of them. What makes this
better?
Great question. Virtually every other book I've read that has
any substance at all espouses the same philosophy. It's
the philosophy a trial lawyer would use. Gather as much
information as possible about your case and look for holes.
Try to find evidence that the officer might have made an error.
Question their training or experience. Challenge if the speed
limit is correct for that road. Try to introduce potential
doubt based on technicalities such as high tension wires that
might have thrown off the radar.
There are two problems with this approach. The first is you
aren't a lawyer. You haven't done this 100 times. Not being
trained, you will likely get flustered, forget your questioning,
say the wrong things and screw it up. Plus, the officer
may very well lie, some do. How can you be expected to
prepare all this?
The second problem is that your challenges have all been
heard before. Speed traps are often set up in the same
places and the judge has heard all your excuses and challenges
before.
I'm not saying this is impossible. Lawyers beat
speeding tickets using this methodology every day. That's why
most of the books that are written either by lawyers or police
use the same philosophy. But it is a tough act to pull off if
you are a normal person and not a trained attorney.
I would say there is one exception to this. If you
actually, truly, honestly were not speeding. Then, maybe,
you will discover a real reason why a mistake was made.
For the rest of us, Case Dismissed is a more reliable, usable
and effective approach. Using Case Dismissed, you don't
challenge the officer, the state's laws, the technology, or the
environment. You challenge the foundation of the evidence
and the documentation that the prosecution has in court with
them that day.
Which would you rather ask an officer in court?
"Are you 100% certain that you couldn't have made a mistake
with the radar gun?"
or
"When was the last time that the radar gun was calibrated?"
The first is the type of question many of the other books
recommend. The second is from Case Dismissed.
In summary, Case Dismissed is an easier way to win, based on
the fact that the speeding ticket court system is a revenue
factory that depends on high speed and volume to crank through
cases. Case Dismissed shows you how to take advantage of the
system, using the system's own laws.
What if I am still convicted?
The odds of you getting convicted after you use the tactics
in Case Dismissed are slim. But it can happen.
Sometimes Judges will simply ignore the proper rules of law.
If this happens, remember that you can appeal. And because
you have used proper legal strategy against the evidence, the
appeals judge will have to consider that. If the first
judge ignores the law, the second one will have to let you go.
The key here is that Case Dismissed has properly prepared you
to stand up in an appeals court and destroy the prosecution's
foundation of evidence.
How does the order process work?
Ordering is handled through a secure server using 128-bit
encryption. The process is simple. When you decide to order, you
will be taken to a secure order form. You will enter information
such as your name, email address and payment information. We
accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Once payment is
verified, you will be taken to a secure download page where you
can download a zip file containing the Case Dismissed book and
other documentation such as legal case laws which you will be
directed to print and give to the court, in pdf format. The
documents are zipped to simplify the download process, minimize
the download time and keep the documents together. They are in
pdf format because PCs, MACs and Workstations can all utilize
the pdf format.
You will need an unzipping utility like WinZip to uncompress
these files into the folder of your choice. You will also need
Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the files. This is a free download
which you can get from Adobe by
clicking here. Once Acrobat is
installed, simply click on casedismissed.pdf to open and view
the file. You should print it out, make notes on it if you like
and take it to court.
How do I Download and
View the Book?
You will need an unzipping utility like WinZip to uncompress
these files into the folder of your choice. You can download a
free evaluation version of
WinZip here. Follow their simple directions.
Mac users can use Stuffit -
download here.
You will also need
Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the files. 95% of computers already
have this, but if you don't, here is a free download
which you can get from Adobe by
clicking here.
Most of the time you will find the files on your hard drive
in c:\speeding although they may also be on your desktop
or wherever you told the software to put them when they were
uncompressed. If you have one of the files you have all of
them - they all come together including the bonuses.
This is a simple, three step process.
1. Once your payment is processed you will be taken to a page
where you can download the file. Right click and save it to your
desktop so you can easily find it.
2. Unzip the file using WinZip. Once WinZip is
installed, just double-click on the file.
3. View the file using Adobe Acrobat. Once Acrobat is
installed, simply click on casedismissed.pdf to open and view
the file. You should print it out, make notes on it if you like
and take it to court.
